Warranty Information

Deckers Outdoor Corporation (“HOKA®”) warrants that its footwear products (“Products”) will be free from material defects, damage caused by improper care prior to the time of purchase, and workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. We require you to include a copy of your proof of purchase to confirm the product is within one year of the purchase date to be eligible under our warranty policy.
 
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers unless otherwise prohibited by law. This warranty also does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration of the product, or negligence.
 
HOKA® will offer a website credit in the amount of the purchase price of the product. These credits will be eligible for use during checkout for future purchases on this site. Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order they are received. Evaluations can take 1 to 3 weeks.

There are no warranties that extend beyond those stated herein.
Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall HOKA® be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
 
Not Covered by Warranty:
  • Item(s) over 1-year-old from the date of purchase
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidental damage.
    • Accidental damage includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by pets, direct heat, food, arts and crafts supplies, inclement weather, natural phenomena, playground equipment, sharp objects, etc.
  • Water damage

If you originally purchased your product from HOKA.com or the HOKA call center: HOKA stands by our products! We'll cover any manufacturing defects or defective material for up to one year from the date of purchase.
  1. You are required to include a copy of your proof of purchase to confirm the product is covered by our limited warranty policy. Evaluations can take 1-3 weeks.
  2. If you purchased directly from HOKA.com please complete your return form prior to reaching out to our customer care team. Please Note: Our customer care team will require further evaluation such as photos of the product defect for label approval. The product must be sent in for the final warranty coverage decision.

After evaluation:
  • If your product is eligible, a site credit worth the value of the item will be emailed to you.
  • If your product is not eligible to be returned under our warranty policy, your original items will be returned to the shipping address provided. If no shipping address is provided, the original items will be returned to the return address provided on the return package.
 
If you purchased your product from another authorized HOKA retailer:
  • To submit a warranty claim, please fill out our warranty return request online HERE. Once your warranty is processed, you will need to mail in your product, proof of purchase, and return authorization form to:

Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing these items.
 
Reminder: HOKA® is not responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you ship your package via UPS or FedEx with a tracking number. Please keep your tracking information until the warranty claim process is complete. Packages cannot be hand-delivered to the warehouse for safety reasons.
 
After Evaluation (If approved):
Once we receive your return product, you will be emailed a site credit worth the value if your warranty is accepted.

What Happens If My Warranty Return is Not Accepted?
If your product does not meet the criteria to be eligible under our warranty policy or it is over a year old, it will be returned to you in the condition it was sent to us at no extra cost, with a notice explaining why it was not accepted.

We reserve the right to require a method of payment for return shipping costs of unqualified Warranty returns. If the package is undeliverable and returned to our returns department, it will be destroyed after 30 days.
